Together, we’ll explore not just what you want—but how to trust yourself again, reclaim your rhythm, and rise into what’s next. The Reset: Foundations is here to hold the fullness of your transformation—body, mind, and soul.
ASPECTS & EXPECTATIONS OF COACHING
There are two primary aspects to our work together: Inner Work: Identifying and shifting core beliefs, nervous system patterns, and emotional habits that no longer serve you. Sustainable Expansion: Developing sacred structure, rhythm, and rituals that support your daily life—not just short-term change. You are the greatest expert on your own life. I’m here to help you hear yourself more clearly, trust your timing, and take aligned action that honors your unique season of life. This journey is not about “getting back to normal.” It’s about becoming more you than you’ve felt in decades.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Three (3) 45-minute 1:1 coaching sessions per month (via Zoom)
One rest + integration week per month, synced with your menstrual or lunar cycle
Voxer/voice note support between sessions
Custom Yoga Nidra + breathwork recordings to support nervous system regulation

These elements are available as optional enhancements to your journey: Access to seasonal workshops + rituals (offered publicly for a fee, gifted to select clients or available at a discounted rate) Mailed Soul Blossom Flower Essence Kit (available as an add-on)
SESSION LOGISTICS
Sessions are scheduled via my online calendar. 24-hour notice is required to reschedule. Missed or late-cancelled sessions will be forfeited. Unused sessions do not roll over into the following month.
VOXER / ASYNC SUPPORT
You may send Voxer voice or text messages anytime. I typically respond between 11am–5pm PT, Monday–Friday, within 24 hours. You’ll be notified if I’m unavailable during rest weeks, holidays, or travel.
PRIVATE CLIENT ACCESS
To support your journey inside The Reset: Foundations, you’ll receive access to a private, secure client portal. This is where we’ll house everything we’ll be using together: tools, forms, session prep/reflection prompts, scheduling links, and additional resources to keep you supported in between sessions. Once you enroll, you’ll receive your unique login details and instructions for accessing the portal at your convenience. Inside, you’ll find: A Session Prep Tool to help you arrive grounded and clear A Post-Session Integration Tool to keep the work alive between sessions A Client Log where you can share insights, ask questions, or track your growth Any additional rituals, resources, or recordings specific to your journey This is your sacred space for reflection, reconnection, and steady progress.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Everything we discuss in sessions, over Voxer, or through email is held in confidence. Your story, experiences, and identity will never be shared without your explicit consent. This also applies to testimonials or feedback—nothing will be used publicly without permission. Exceptions to confidentiality may apply if required by law.
COACHING IS NOT THERAPY
This work is deep—but it’s not therapy. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental or medical conditions and should not be used as a substitute for professional psychological, legal, or medical advice. You are responsible for your decisions and results.
MONEY & PAYMENT
Investment: $3,600 paid in full or 6 monthly payments of $650 Payment method: Monthly payments are charged automatically on the same day each month Payment is required regardless of session attendance. This ensures the container is energetically and practically upheld.

After the 30-day window, no refunds will be issued.
EARLY EXIT
This is a 6-month commitment. That said, I understand that life can shift. If something major arises and you need to exit the program early, I’ll consider a pro-rated refund or payment release on a case-by-case basis. I just ask that you communicate clearly and honor the work we’ve done together. This is deep, transformative work—and your commitment matters. I’m here for the messy middle and the magic that follows. Let’s respect the container and each other by staying in honest communication if anything changes.
